This toner is the bomb. I absolutely love it. I even have oily skin and it still makes my face beautiful. Makeup/and or powder glides beautifully on my skin after using it. It feels very balanced.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! It's great because most toners dry out your skin, while this actually moisturizes it. Not much to add to other reviews, it's just awesome. WILL purchase again and again and again!
