Velvet, deep-red and soft to the touch; a heady, intoxicating scent permeating the air. Dimly lit halls, heavy, blooming wallpaper lining the shadowed walls between rich black doors. It's my favorite Paris Hotel and, since the first time, every time, this scene fills me with the excitement I had an 21 year old, in Paris for a job, my first time alone. Dirty Velvet composition of tobacco leaves, vetiver, salt and sandalwood is my interpretation of the atmosphere. Exciting, maybe even a little dangerous, itis impossible to resist. Made in France.
