I am in love with this remover. It "melts" away even stubborn waterproof mascara & eyeliner. Make sure you hold it on your eye for a few seconds to help it start dissolve so you don't tug eye tissue....Read more

This is a really great eye makeup remover, similar to Lancome's but much cheaper! Takes everything off and doesn't leave an oil slick behind.

EDIT: And I checked - it is oil free.
