Smudge city. Stick to powder liners and definers you can apply with a brush. Nothing waterproof about it

This is without doubt the best eyeliner pencil I've ever used. It it truly waterproof, doesn't smear, fade or migrate into the crease. I seldom rave about a product but Dior has a keeper here!
