This is a great eyeliner. Creamy, pigmented, and super cheap. I have had a hard time finding a good black pencil eyeliner, and this is one of the best. It's a classic, but it works.

I LOVE wet and wild eyeliner! Its so cheap and stays on then whole day without primer and i have oily eyelids. I use the black one and ive ran out of many bottles and i will definitely recommend it.
