Love this top coat! goes on nice and easy and dries very fast! it is a gorgeous shiny topcoat layer and I do reccommend this! I got mine from Kmart :)

Thin consistency, dries fast and shiny. I found it doesn't dim or blur glitters and it helps it lay flat. Definitely would repurchase!
