This is a beautiful almost dusty royal blue. It's not too bright. Goes on smoothly. 2 coats and perfectly opaque. I am NC 42 for reference.

I LOVE this color. Also, the formula was perfect. It was smooth, creamy, and non streaky. After a day with this, I added Essie's Matte About You topcoat and it looked really cool.
