A beneficial fat to consume and should help with dry skin and hair. I like it drizzled over salads, actually. Goes bad quickly - must be kept away from light and heat (fridge, please!)

Flaxseed oil is the best vegetarian source of omega 3's which prevent cancer and make your skin beautiful. I notice the difference in my skin when I take this.

I take about 1 teaspoon a day.
