EDIT: after a while these stretch out and won’t go back to shape even with hot water, so just get the cheap versions. don’t waste your money on these

I have really thick hair, yes, it's trace less after long wear but it doesn't hold up my ponytail as I want it to. It gets so loose and it really does stretch out after use. I wouldn't repurchase....
