nivea creme (the made in germany blue tin) is cheap as chips, ultra thick and bland
*caveat it does not spread well on damp skin, previous layer needs to have mostly dried down

have you tried browsing this brand? The only other suggestion I have is as below, a really heavy duty moisturiser -- maybe something like Nivea Creme.
