    It's a dollar, it's mini, and it's horrible. I swatched it on my hand, haven't even tried it on my eyes, and it peeled right off!

    Flaky, flaky, flaky. I put it on, and as soon as it dried it began to flake off into my eyes. It looks crappy, too. I will never buy this product again.
