I got a sample of this, and I loooved it. I like that is has willow bark to help with any blemishes, and it seems to really clean and exfoliate. Once I get the full size I'll add more to the review.

This toner definitely helps decongest my skin; however, it is so strongly scented that I can't allow it near my face 8^( Avoid if you are sensitive to fragrance.
