Cyber White Ex - Extra Brightening Moisture Lotion [DISCONTINUED]

The beauty adviser sold me this toner. It doesn't work for me that it makes my skin breakout not brighter. It's too sticky. It costed me $75 + 13% tax. It's not worth the price.

Very sticky and does not bring any brightness at all.the bottle is very easy to top off as well
