I am a blushaholic when I saw this I knew I had to get it. To my disappointment there is very little payoff. The colors are beautiful but there is hardly any pigment. This pallette might be perfect for fair skin tones but anything darker would have to be applied with a very heavy hand.

I can't really add much to what the reviewer below me wrote. I think she did a great job. The only color that i found "really pigmented" was the orange color. That was pretty darn crazy pigmented. The other colors are "ok". I used one of their synthetic face brushes to apply the blush and most of the colors had barely any pay off. When i used a natural hair brush more densely packed brush, the color pay off was better. Wouldn't repurchase again based on the "not so great color pay off". It's funny cuz i hear all these ppl rave about how pigmented BH Palettes are etc...and i don't agree at all. They are okay for the price but most of them are far from pigmented. It's extremely hit and miss i find. I got this palette along with the 12pc synthetic brush set (pink) and the day and night palette for $25 (for all 3) which was a crazy good steal.

In concept, I like this palette. In actuality, they could do a little better. However, this palette is very usable and wearable - I just wouldn't elevate it to the level of "professional."

Description: Take 9 depotted blushes anda blending blush, put them together in a single palette, and this is what you get. The shades are varied and most skin tones can use at least half (most can use even more). BH Cosmetics describes the range of blushes as "plush peaches and jazzy pinks to intense reds, blooms in both creamy mattes and iridescent shimmers," To me, however, they don't appear creamy or shimmery. I would say they appear matte to sheen in the pan and that's how they swatch as well. All are powders although it is esy to lift most colors and apply easily with a brush.

Color Payoff: Most of these have decent-to-really good color payoff. However, there is one (not the blender) that does not appear to swatch easily.

Texture on Skin: These appear as matte or sheen on skin. They are lightweight on the skin. I've had no problems with breakouts although I have to say I don't use this palette as much as I thought I would. I reserve it for certain trips where other people may want me to help with their make-up.

Would I call it a pro palette? It has variety but not at the quality of what I would expect a pro palette to be. These do require frequent touch-up. I would not use them on a paying client if I were a pro.
