So I usually stick to Lancome or YSL for mascaras but a friend picked up a travel duo of this mascara at duty free so I decided to try it out. I have no idea how people like this mascara???!! It's one of the worst I've ever tried. First off, the consistency is too thick and clumpy. The brush is the only decent thing about this product. It manages to grab onto the smaller lashes and coats them well. The mascara once worn, has a strange plastic-y feeling which I found to be unpleasant.
However, the real challenge was for me to REMOVE this product(and boy what a task that was, being a non waterproof formula that too) No matter what you just can't get the entire formula out! I usually use Bioderma's micellar water to remove my makeup and two cotton pads soaked in the micellar water did not manage to get the mascara off of my lashes (UGH). I tried this mascara another day and while cleansing I decided to use Clinique's cleanser for waterproof makeup, even that didn't manage to get the entire formula out. By the end of it I was left with raw, irritated red eyes. Also, you end up losing a lot of lash hair while removing this product (I've never faced that problem with either Lancome or YSL) A definite no no for people with sensitive skin. ( My mother tried the product too and ended up with a rash).
I'd rather go without mascara than use this absolute waste of so called 'mascara'.

Way too dry. Doesn't do anything fantastic length or volume wise. Only pro is it lasts quite well, didn't smudge on me. Smudge proof but soooo difficult to remove too!! Not worth the buy IMO, much better out there for that price.

I was lucky enough to get this high end mascara for free. The first time I tried it, I didn't like it since I found it gave me spidery looking lashes. Since then, I've had a love-hate relationship with this mascara. Sometimes I find it gave me nice lashes, it adds volume and length and the tiny brush allows me to really get to the bottom of each lash and works quite well on small bottom lashes.
However I do have a problem with the curl-holding ability of this mascara. My lashes are quite straight, so non waterproof mascara normally doesn't do the job, and this is no exception. I'm forever on the lookout for drier formulated non waterproof mascara. It is also pretty hard to remove. Even being non waterproof, I find it doesn't come off with just water, or even face wash, you have to use an oil based makeup remover to get it all off. But I suppose that makes it smudge-proof.
Very average mascara in my opinion, would not purchase in future for the price.

Love it. I normally use the CD Overcurl but was given a sample and really liked it. I like the small brush which gets all your lashes without clumping, and if you use it with the CD lash conditioner then you get more body for the fuller look for an evening out.

This is an amazing mascara you just have to know how to use it.

First of all it does not clump. You have to slowly wiggle it's way through your lashes from the roots to the tips. If you find it does not curl, use a curler and during your mascara application close your eye so your wand is pushing your lashes upwards. It is a very intense black colour and not many coats are required. It is also amazing with length and it have actually found my lashes to be healthier and stronger.

My biggest issue with this mascara is that it is sooo ridiculous difficult to remove. Face wash nor makeup remover would help in that matter. And even after two nights i wake up with some black rests under the eyes... And when you need to work with the pads so agressively the skin under the eye gets overstretched and the eyelashes brakes.

Apart from that it is a nice mascara it gives little of everything but nothing wow in one matter.

Party mascara that can work IF you find somekind of a miracle makeup remover!!!

I love love love this mascara. The brush is very tiny and so it's easy to get product exactly where you want it and build up volume. I haven't had any issue with it bleeding around my eyes but I am not really prone to oily skin. I've been meaning to buy another one (the first tube was a Christmas gift) but I've been a little reluctant to shell out the cash, ha. You get what you pay for and this is a quality mascara.

I really wanted to like this mascara. I've used DiorShow before but not this particular one. The SA told me it'd be better for me because of my 'fine' (read: sparse) lashes since the wand was smaller.

I quite liked the way it looked - I did actually look as if I had some lashes for once. However it smudged onto my lower lids very quickly (not a look I'm keen on) and yet was very, very difficult to remove. Even the next morning, I still had some mascara adhering to my lashes.

Hmmm I guess when I bought this I was under the impression it was a new replacement to the famous Dior mascara "Iconic," or "Iconic Eyes" or whatever. I want to like it because it's from Dior but I can't because it's proven to be too clumpy and the brush wand thing is just too small... Doesn't do it for me...

I wanted a lengthening mascara, very "black", which does not clump and lasts the whole day. I like small wands and nothing too "thickening", as they tend to clump. I am also a bit selective when it comes to packaging, as I prefer square shapes. I usually go for Lancôme or Chanel, because they deliver both the right packaging and the right product, but this time I decided to try Dior, because lately I used some products from the brand and I found them good quality.

Unfortunately, this mascara was a big mistake for me. It comes in a "fat", round tube which I did not like much. The mascara itself, although very black, is extremely sticky and plasticky. Feel like coating the lashes with liquid plastic. It is very clumpy and extremely difficult to remove, even with the right make up remover. Besides, it is very expensive and the final result is not much better, blacker or long lasting than Lancôme or Chanel.

Most definitely would not buy again or recommend.
