Treatment? No. Gloss? Yeah. Goes on clear like any normal gloss/ Has an average staying power, not worth what I paid for.

this gloss claims to be a treatment gloss that hides vertical surface wrinkles, gives fullness and moisture to lips. of which, i'm slightly skeptical about, but this is indeed a pretty good gloss...
