    Matte navy color works great as outer corner color or as a liner with a brush and some mixing medium or just plain water. Have had this product for years. Heart it.

    Matte navy. I like to use this with a push brush as a powder liner on the lower water line and upper lash line. Makes the whites of the eyes look whiter, and great for brown eyes.
