Express Make Up- Shine Control

I bought this in Ivory, loved the shade, very natural and good for fair skins, but this was way too dry for me. Too dry to put under your eyes or elsewhere even with moisturizer/sunscreen...

I must have been really poor when I bought this, and regretfully should have saved my cash for some Dior. This "foundation" is basically a stick that you're supposed to be able to dot on and blend....
