    I think Lancome makes great pencils because they last long and are pigmented. he texture is just right not too soft not too hard. Vatulele is a matte turguoise color that lasted really long time on...

    This is a fantastic colour. Beautiful turquoise. It really brings out my brown eyes. It looks best, if you have a tanned skintone. A bit pricy though.
