    I don't understand the negative reviews honestly...I have thick, damaged hair and this conditioner made my hair softer than any other conditioner I've used before. I didn't have the thick coating...

    Was very disappointed in this conditioner after liking the shampoo. It does not glide through nor does it detangle your hair. Never tried a conditioner quite as bad as this one. Smells good though.

    This conditioner simply doesn't work. In fact, I think it might have made my hair even more tangled than it normally would be. Smells like strong vanilla, if you like strong vanilla.

    yuck. The scent is delicious, I'll give it that, but it left my already heavilly damaged hair in much worse condition. The glycerine content seems to make my hair feel... gummy? slightly sticky?...
