    I think this liner is wonderful! Use it wet or dry it stays put. It's easy to apply. Not much else to say besides GREAT!

    Looks great when drawn on with MAC #266 but only stays on for about 20 minutes. I tried using saline to wet my brush for greater staying power but that didn't do a thing. *sigh*

    Too dry. Even when I wet it, it does not give me a DRAMATIC black line like liquid, and the consistency is not as good as liquid. Next on the list to try are BB gel liners.

    I love eyeliners, and this was quite a disappointment for me. Used wet or dry, this doesn't last- it ends up underneath my eyes within a couple of hours. Not happy.

    I wasn't very impressed with this liner. I needed to use it wet for it to apply black and the staying power wasn't all that great on my oily lids. I prefer the BB Gel Liners to this one.

    i didn't like that when i put this on it wasn't as dark as it looked in the jar. also the consistancy was to dry and hard to get on my brush.
