    This pencil is amazing, rich black, smooth application, and stays on forever, even in waterline. Really one of the best eyeliners I have tried. And it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes.

    It´s soft, very pigmented, easy to apply but has no staying power . Waterproof ? I don´t think so. Water resistant at best and that would be stretching the truth a bit too much.
