Velvet Matte nail polish

One of the worst nail polishes ever bought. It chipped within about 2 hours of application. Nice blue shade. Once removed left blue dye around my nail cuticles. Do not buy!

This has to be the worst nail polish I have ever used :( I have bought this in the shade 017 Matte-itude. I do know that matte nail polishes tend to chip easier and faster than normal ones, but...
