    My experience has been similar to other reviews. Getting a deep, even color takes a bit of work. However, this is a feature - not a bug. I find it gives that perfect beach vacation smudged look....

    I like the idea but it applies unevenly. As an eyeliner it isn't smooth at all so the result looks rough even if you build it up or smooth it out by blotting. It really sucks as an eyeshadow base...

    As another reviewer stated, I can't see much use for a dark black shadow like this other than to look like a panda, Goth, or use for Halloween makeup. Not that there is anything wrong with those...
