    Maybe I just have really bad luck with eyeliner pens or do something really wrong each time, but this dried up after only a few uses. Also, the finish is very shiny which I'm not really a fan of....

    Would not pay the price for this eyeliner. The shape of the pen is great, however it dries out very quickly and has to be shaken to keep on applying which becomes a nuisance. Not very waterproof...
