    Makes my skin look brighter and feel soft and smooth. Slightly herbal scent, not overpowering at all. I don't recommend it for long-term use due to the high alcohol content which tends to dry skin...

    not so special...did not dry my skin out, so that is nice...but nothing that impressed me much. i have since switched to ponds double action whitening toner lotion formula which i like better. ...

    Apparently, this is a toner that's supposed to whiten your skin and remove dead skin cells. I don't know about that since I'm already on the light side, but it does seem to make my skin feel nicer....
