    In a word: disappointing. Certainly does deliver on shine front, as claimed. However, does not particularly protect against chipping, as is also claimed.

    This is a disaster in a bottle. I love Chanel nail polishes but this top coat is plain horrible. It applies easily and evenly but I have a feeling that it is just not capable of drying completely....
