    Horrible horrible... The store is nice but there exchange abd return policy is UNFAIR !!!... They have one thing on the paper then when you come in to exchange or return they say a whole different...

    Cheap clothing, rips all the time, but prices are cheap so it's what you should expect I guess.

    They don't have good clothes & it's super super cheap material. And some stuff are over price for that quality .

    I've only been to this store once, it was two years ago in a L.A. outlet store. We do have H&M and Zara where I live (no Forever 21 though) but I rarely buy there so I thought this was another one...

    I would guess that this store is a chain in California only. But I found that their stores are obnoxiously loud with their music and music taste, Their clothes are tacky and attempting to rip off...
