    I'm on my third bottle of this miracle in a bottle. I use it to apply e/s wet or with gel or powder liners and they stay like bastids. For $8.50, you gotta get it. Grailness.

    I dip a clean Stila push brush into the bottle and use it with my MAC creme liner. It makes my liner stay put all day and into the night. I have oily eyelids, too. I highly recommend this...
