    I give this a 3, like other users, due to the scent. This is actually my first hairspray. I don't have extremely fine hair so it works pretty well. Definitely workable with other products...

    I just don't understand what's w/ all the hype with this products. The Cibu Pho Finish is alright but nothing spectacular. It does smell like bug spray in my opinion. I'll stay with Tresemme...
