Fragrances -Van Cleef & Arpels - Bois d'Iris

Bois d'Iris was launched in 2009 as part of Van Cleef & Arpels' "Collection Extraordinaire". As the name suggests, this fragrance can be summed up as a woody iris which, whilst true, does not do it any justice.
When I first tried it, while sampling the rest of the collection, I thought of it as quite a weak scent. It was only when I moved out of Harrods and into the open air that I kept catching whiffs of something heartbreakingly beautiful, fragile and strong at the same time, as if carried continued >>

I love the look of liquid but they are sometimes too harsh and pencils can be too smudgy. this is the perfect balance of both. Everywhere I have gone the stores have been sold out so you know it must be something worth trying. I finally bought the one in charcoal and it's a beautiful smoky color. glides on great and the brush is actually decent. and it is indeed smudge proof and waterproof. Great product. I want to get it in all the colors now.

I LOVE this product!! Weak and sensitive gums run in my family so even if I am flossing regularly I suffer. I was so happy to have found this product. It has really, truly improved the health of my teeth and my gums. It gets in between the areas where flossing and even the best electric toothbrush can't, and it really slows down gradual plaque buildup. My entire oral health has improved from this product! It's pretty affordable too, and also has whitened my teeth by a shade or two.
