What in the world gets rid of Cystic "acne" i only get 1 or 2 painfull bumps rop

once in awhile but they are sooo hard to getr rid of, ive been using Benzoil peroxide and it helps a bit but they still take forever to come to a head if they do at all or slowly go away after almost a month! I'm pretty sure it's hormonal since i got the IUD Mirena a couple of months ago they have been surfacing every month ever since :(
